BlueBook for Mac OS X (BETA)
Live attendee list for Mac meetups
BlueBook is a social networking application for Mac OS X that automatically shares casual profile info within a local group of Macs, using Bluetooth wireless.
Attendees at a Mac meetup can enter basic info about themselves (name & picture, optional business-card data) that will display on other nearby Macs running BlueBook so people can identify those around.
BlueBook uses the BluePool framework to transmit data wirelessly over Bluetooth, so it doesn’t need WiFi or internet connectivity.
Additional features include optional moderation and fullscreen mode for projectors.
Requires Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard or later.
